NUCA Iowa honors CONTECH salesperson

WEST CHESTER, OH, Feb. 27, 2006 -- Jim Dressen with CONTECH Construction Products Inc. has been named the National Utility Contractors Association of Iowa's Associate of the Year. Dressen was recognized for his outstanding efforts on behalf of NUCA of Iowa and his on-going support of the chapter's activities at its recent convention in Des Moines.

"Jim is a charter member of NUCA of Iowa and has served on its board of Directors. He is a frequent contributor to the chapter's newsletter and actively participates in all of the chapter's activities. Jim has been responsible for recruiting several members and is a great advocate of the association as he calls on contractors across the state," according to Steven K. Halstead, CAE, who serves as executive director for the NUCA Iowa chapter.

"Jim has worked for CONTECH for over 40 years, serving Iowa utility contractors for nearly 35 years. In that time, he has called on and worked with nearly every utility contractor in the state. His goodwill efforts on behalf of the Iowa NUCA Chapter are greatly appreciated as demonstrated by the unanimous vote on this award."
