WEST ALLIS, WI, Sept. 6, 2005 -- Advanced Waste Services officials announced the appointment of William Christel to vice president of health, safety & environmental protocol. He'll be based in West Allis where he'll oversee employee and environmental safety protocol at the company's Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana facilities.
