Hanna's HI2020 with beaker |
WOONSOCKET, RI, April 30, 2015 -- In an effort to commemorate National Drinking Water Week, taking place May 3-9, Hanna Instruments, a manufacturer of analytical instrumentation, has invited a number of communities to test their drinking water.
Hanna will be giving away its HI701 Free Chlorine Colorimeters with every purchase of an HI2020 edge multiparameter pH meter, using coupon code "H2O" after adding both items to cart.
National Drinking Water Week, sponsored by AWWA, is a week dedicated to educating the community about drinking water quality. Hanna employees will be testing drinking water for turbidity, pH, free & total chlorine, and fluoride from across Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
"This is an opportunity to educate our customers, community and employees about the standards and testing parameters in drinking water," said April Lemois, marketing coordinator. "Hanna provides cost-effective and tailored instruments to municipalities and many other industries, giving them the tools to keep quality their No. 1 priority."
Hanna is encouraging the public and community to share their local results on its Facebook page to show support for National Drinking Water Week.
