MORGANTOWN, WV, July 17, 2001 — For more than 20 years, the National Small Flows Clearinghouse (NSFC) has been helping America's small communities deal with their wastewater issues.

Funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the National Small Flows Clearinghouse (NSFC) helps small communities find affordable wastewater treatment alternatives to protect public health and the environment. Located at West Virginia University, the NSFC is a nonprofit organization established in 1979 under an amendment to the 1977 Clean Water Act.
