TOLEDO, OH, June 3, 2008 -- N-Viro International Corp. announced that its subsidiary, Florida N-Viro L.P., has reached initial agreement on a biosolids removal contract with the Toho Water Authority, located in Osceola County, Florida. Under the arrangement, biosolids from the Toho Water Authority will be transported by N-Viro's subsidiary, Bio Mineral Transportation, LLC, to its Daytona Beach, Florida facility for processing.

Once received at the N-Viro facility, the biosolids will be treated utilizing N-Viro's technology to achieve Class AA standards as set forth by Florida Regulation 62-640. Class AA standard products also satisfy U.S. EPA 503 Regulations.

Established in October 2003 by a special act of the Florida legislature, the Toho Water Authority is the largest provider of water, wastewater and reclaimed water services in Osceola County. The Authority currently operates 10 wastewater plants and serves 73,000 water, 71,000 wastewater and 10,000 reclaimed water customers in Kissimmee, Poinciana and unincorporated areas of Osceola County. The Toho Water Authority has been operating a Schwing Bioset process to process biosolids, a function N-Viro will now assume.

Timothy Kasmoch, CEO and President of N-Viro International had these comments: "N-Viro is very pleased to be selected to process the biosolids produced by the Toho Water Authority. It has been our mission to grow our Florida operation enabling the company to develop and construct new facilities that will utilize the patented N-Viro BioDry and N-Viro Fuel processes to serve all of Florida. In a climate of tightening biosolids regulations in Florida and elsewhere, we believe N-Viro can best meet the need for beneficial reuse of biosolids by creating safe, sustainable and predictable products including the production of a renewable alternative fuel."
