Polyethylene tanks and containers

Assmann Corporation has a full line of corrosion- and chemical-resistant tanks and containers in capacities up to 12,000 gallons. Constructed from virgin high-density crosslink or FDA-compliant linear polyethylene, the tanks and containers are used to store and transport corrosive and hazardous materials. They provide low temperature impact resistance, are UV-stabilized and come in a wide range of capacities and colors. Custom rotational molding, accessory fittings and custom colors are available.

Westeel’s water storage tanks and ponds are easy to erect and expand, making them a cost-effective option when flexibility and cost of installation and transportation are key factors. The company’s patent-pending Speed Plate™ system reduces assembly and disassembly time as panels are locked together securely using a series of five bolted plates along all vertical seams. This system allows a six-person install crew to safely erect or disassemble a pond in similar times to heavy welded-panel systems without the use of anything larger than a five-ton picker truck. A customizable design in a reusable system that can stand up to numerous installs over its product life.

CST’s Aquastore™ tanks are available in diameters from 11 feet (3.3 m) to 204 feet (62.2 m) and capacity from 20,000 gallons (75 m3) to over 6 million gallons (22,700 m3). The factory-applied silica glass coating on Aquastore tanks forms a hard, inert barrier for both the interior and exterior of surfaces of the tank. It protects the steel core against weather and corrosion. The tank’s proprietary Edgecoat™ process produces a barrier coating on the sheet edges so that the entire steel panel is encapsulated in a glass shell. The physical properties of Aquastore tanks’ glass coating are especially suited to municipal/industrial liquid storage applications.

Tank Connection’s rolled, tapered panel (RTP) water storage tanks are bolted storage tanks designed to replace field-welded construction. Bolted tank sizes are available in sizes up to 8.2 million gallons (95 up to 30,284 m3). Field-welded water storage tanks are available in sizes up to 25 million gallons (380 up to 94,620 m3).
