    ThorPlas-White is the newest material in the Thordon bearing family, specifically developed to operate as a drinking water system component used in the treatment and distribution of potable water. It has been listed by NSF International as certified for NSF/ANSI 61 Drinking Water System Components. ThorPlas-White is an engineered thermoplastic alloy that was specifically designed for high strength, low friction and dry start-ups. Typically used as a replacement for greased bronze and roller bearings or vertical pump bearings but can be used in a variety of other applications.
