The agreement will leverage TEC’s presence in the water and wastewater sector to introduce Desalitech’s ReFlex™ RO product line to regional markets.

Newton, MA, March 9, 2016 – Desalitech, a provider of next generation reverse osmosis systems, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Treatment Equipment Company (TEC) of Bellevue, WA to provide sales support for municipal water treatment projects in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. The agreement will leverage TEC’s substantial presence in the water and wastewater sector to introduce Desalitech’s ReFlex™ RO product line to regional markets.

ReFlex systems feature Desalitech’s patented CCD™ technology – a breakthrough reverse osmosis process that maximizes water recovery and lowers energy consumption. Desalitech has equipped Fortune 500 customers around the world, including Coca Cola, Southern California Edison and Novelis, and is offering municipalities substantial advantages in water reuse projects throughout North America. The superior performance of ReFlex systems drives investment returns in less than 18 months with guaranteed high recovery rates that save water and operating costs.

"Desalitech’s product line makes traditionally-designed reverse osmosis and nanofiltration systems obsolete,” said Dennis Gleason, President of Treatment Equipment Company. "Treatment Equipment Company is proud to partner with Desalitech to bring next-generation water treatment to municipalities in our area.”

“We are thrilled to partner with Treatment Equipment Company to expand the impact of our work in the municipal sector,” said Nadav Efraty, CEO of Desalitech. "This is yet another promising new partnership that builds on a tremendously exciting winter of activity for Desalitech."

In recent months, Desalitech has announced major new partnerships with the Pall Corporation and Novelis. Last week, Desalitech announced that it had been selected as a finalist for the Global Water Intelligence’s ‘Breakthrough Water Technology of the Year’ award due to the commercial success of the company and its impact on the future of reverse osmosis.
