TORONTO, ON, Canada, Oct. 28, 2011 -- Monteco Ltd., a 20-year old "green" technology company with worldwide interests in stormwater management, wastewater pretreatment and fiberglass composites manufacturing, has integrated all of its water-related companies under the umbrella of one new business, the Pelicas Corporation.
Monteco's water companies consist of:
Imbrium Systems -- a water technology company that designs, develops manufactures and sells stormwater treatment solutions to protect water resources from pollutants.
Green Turtle Technologies -- a leading provider of point-source wastewater pretreatment solutions for commercial, institutional and industrial applications.
Filamat Composites -- an Original Equipment Manufacturer to the water industry. Filamat engineers and fabricates custom-engineered composite solutions to address a wide range of water industry challenges.

Roland DuBois will lead The Pelicas Corporation as President and CEO. DuBois has been an integral part of the Monteco management team since 2004. He led Green Turtle Americas and expanded its business revenue by a factor of fifteen in that time frame. DuBois holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and has an additional 20 years of progressive experience in engineering, sales/marketing and senior managerial roles.
