Parsons appoints new VP

Brian Quinlan has joined the corporation as Vice President and East Area Manager in its Construction business unit.

PASADENA, CA, April 19, 2016 -- Parsons announces that Brian Quinlan has joined the corporation as Vice President and East Area Manager in its Construction business unit. In this role, Mr. Quinlan will be responsible for managing heavy civil infrastructure pursuits and projects in the eastern United States.

“Brian brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of civil construction,” said Donald Graul, Parsons Group President. “I’m pleased that he has joined the company and welcome his expertise as Parsons expands its self-perform capabilities.”

Mr. Quinlan has more than 30 years of experience in heavy civil engineering and construction, with an emphasis on roadway, bridge, and rail projects. Prior to joining Parsons, he was Area Manager – Mid Atlantic Transportation, for Archer Western.

Mr. Quinlan holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland, and he is a registered professional engineer in the District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Mr. Quinlan is based in Washington, DC.
