OMAHA, NE, Jan. 25, 2008 -- Lindsay Corporation, a leading provider of irrigation systems and infrastructure products, announced that it has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of stock of Watertronics Inc., based in Hartland, Wisconsin. Watertronics is a leader in designing, manufacturing, and servicing water pumping stations and controls for the golf, landscape and municipal markets.

Lindsay manufactures and markets irrigation equipment including Zimmatic, Greenfield, Stettyn and Perrot center pivot, lateral move and hose reel irrigation systems and GrowSmart controls, all of which are used by farmers to increase or stabilize crop production while conserving water, energy, and labor.
