MINNEAPOLIS, June 6, 2008 -- Instrument Control Systems Inc. (ICS) and Healy-Ruff Company, LLC are pleased to announce that they have formed a strategic alliance to provide a complete range of automation and control services, products and solutions for water and wastewater applications.
Under the agreement, each company's products and services will be cross-promoted to the other's representatives and customer base.
Through the alliance, ICS will provide professional design services, project management, custom control applications, instrumentation, system integration and field services. Healy-Ruff will provide application solutions for small- to mid-sized systems, and the new H2Ovation!™ hosted-SCADA service.
