ATLANTA, GA, Aug. 18, 2006 -- Cellnet Technology Inc. (Cellnet®) today announced that H. Ward Camp, Cellnet vice president western region, was recently named chairman of the Demand Response and Advanced Metering Coalition governing board.

The Demand Response and Advanced Metering Coalition (DRAM) is a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. that includes the leading providers of technologies and services in the area of demand response and its enabling technologies such as advanced metering.

Its mission is to be a source of information, data and expertise in demand response and to provide a diverse forum for ideas and experience to be exchanged among policy makers, demand response practitioners, providers and other interested parties.

Cellnet vice president western region H. Ward Camp remarked, "I'm honored to serve as chairman of DRAM. Cellnet is focused on working in close collaboration with our utility customers, partners, regulators, and other industry suppliers to advance the objectives embodied in the demand response and advanced metering coalition charter."
