PITTSBURGH, Jan. 17, 2006 -- The International Water Conference® (IWC), organized by the Engineers' Society of Western Pennsylvania, has issued a final call for papers for its next event, Oct. 22-26 at Pittsburgh's OMNI William Penn Hotel.
The deadline for abstracts is Feb. 10.
This will be the 67th annual event for the organization, which held its first conference outside of Pittsburgh last fall and experienced a 25% jump in attendance at the Orlando, FL, site.
The IWC is dedicated to advancing new developments in the treatment, use, and reuse of water for industrial and engineering purposes and to the training of best practice principles to those new in the industry. It offers:
