GL&V announces the formation of EIMCO Water Technologies

GL&V formed the new corporate entity EIMCO Water Technologies L.L.C. to consolidate the assets of its water-related process businesses.

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, Feb. 24, 2004 -- On January 1, 2004, GL&V formed the new corporate entity EIMCO Water Technologies L.L.C. to consolidate the assets of its water-related process businesses - starting initially with its EIMCO and Dorr-Oliver product lines.

EIMCO Water Technologies is headquartered in GL&V's new Salt Lake City facility and is independently managed and operated. The company will be entirely dedicated to developing, promoting and managing the company's assets in the municipal and industrial water treatment sector.

EIMCO is a well-known brand that the industry has trusted for over 90 years for providing top quality products, services and expertise. This newly formed company is built upon those successes. Continued growth and expansion is already on the horizon with acquisitions being considered of established businesses with cutting-edge technologies that will complement its existing solutions. E

EIMCO and Dorr-Oliver products include detritors, collectors, clarifiers and thickeners in the sedimentation product range, digester covers and mixers as well as a range of tertiary filters. EIMCO is the exclusive supplier of Carrousel® systems for biological nutrient removal in the North American market. For water treatment, the product range includes the Quadrakleen® filter, Reactor Clarifier™ solids contact products, inclined plate settlers, and the Trac-Vac® sludge collector.

EIMCO Water Technologies is a subsidiary of the Canadian-based company, Groupe Laperrière & Verreault Inc. (GL&V) and is a division of Dorr-Oliver Eimco.
