Charles K. Aycock

Charles was hired as an Electronics Technician II in 1994, promoted to Senior Technician, Electronics Maintenance Supervisor and is currently the EIM Systems Coordinator for the City of Roseville's Environmental Utilities Department. He is the electrical, instrumentation and mechanical technical liaison for all City of Roseville's water and wastewater treatment facilities, recycled water, waste collection, water distribution and storm water systems. City of Roseville has completed, or is updating AFHA on over 20 sites, while requiring AFHA to be completed prior to acceptance of all future projects.
