    Utilizing his degree in Chemical Engineering, Mr. Spraker has been specializing in process control and digital communication (Modbus, Profibus, OPC, and remote access) for the past 14 years with Hach. He has spent the last 5 years directly supporting operators, supervisors and engineers with the installation and operation of all Claros Process Management (RTC) modules and other associated instrumentation.
