Mark Kretz

Mark Kretz is a part of the water plan operations team for City of Sebring, FL. The City of Sebring Utilities Department provides high quality, safe water to distribute and serve the needs of our customers. Our goal is to perform this task in a manner that provides our customers with the services desired at an affordable price through systems that are reliable and perform their functions as designed.
