David L. Clark, P.E.

David L. Clark, P.E., is national director of wastewater for HDR. He has more than 26 years of experience in the wastewater industry and leads the company's strategic efforts in understanding the impact of wastewater market issues on HDR's clients. He has extensive knowledge of the Clean Water Act, specifically TMDLs. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from the University of Washington.
