The Eastern Water Quality Association (EWQA) announced its first in-person training since the start of the pandemic.
The one-day Spring Training event in Frederick, Maryland, will be on May 20, 2021.
The EWQA is excited to have this event at a new venue, the Tenth Ward Distillery located in downtown Frederick, according to the EWQA press release.
The line-up of classes includes training on the Clack WS1.5P Composite Control Valve, corrosion, colloids, ion exchange for trace contaminants, when to repair or replace equipment and proper installation best practices.
Classes will be eligible for WQA continuing education credits and have been submitted for approval for the Maryland Board of Well Drillers.
Due to the on-going pandemic, EWQA will be following all federal, state and local requirements and guidelines in order to provide a safe environment for all our attendees. Due to social distancing the space will be somewhat limited so sign up early to ensure you will be able to attend. For more detailed information visit the website here.
