New product standards from ANSI accredited for siphonic roof drains
SALEM, VA, Sept. 21, 2005 -- On July 8th, the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited a siphonic roof drain product standard, designated ANSI/ASME A112.6.9 "Siphonic Roof Drains". This standard was developed by a team of industry experts led by Project Team Leader John Rattenbury, PE of Rainwater Management Solutions (RMS) Engineering of Salem, Virginia. Rattenbury has been the Project Team Leader for the ASME A112 Plumbing Fixtures and Equipment committee since 2002.
