Oldcastle Infrastructure™ has acquired Charlotte’s Concrete Inc., a manufacturer of precast water management products located in San Antonio.

ATLANTA, GA, AUG 21, 2019 -- Oldcastle Infrastructure™ has acquired Charlotte’s Concrete Inc., a manufacturer of precast water management products located in San Antonio, TX. Founded in 1987, Charlotte manufactures a full portfolio of concrete products including junction boxes, manholes, inlets, and wet wells serving the water market. This acquisition provides additional manpower and tooling allowing for continued growth in the stormwater and sanitary sewer product offering.
