• Scottish Water awards £31 million stormwater management project to Black & Veatch in joint venture with Morrison Construction
REDHILL, UK, Jan. 6, 2011 -- Scottish Water has selected Black & Veatch, in joint venture with Morrison Construction, to design and implement a £31 million initial phase of a stormwater management project that will improve surface water quality for more than 80,000 people in north and east Ayrshire.

The initial element of the project is scheduled for completion in January 2013. Project execution in the Kilmarnock area will be phased in order to ensure delivery of the most robust and cost-effective design. The first phase of this work will take place between Gatehead and Irvine.
