Sauereisen, established in 1899, continues to innovate with materials and application methods for the municipal wastewater industry. The company’s materials prevent corrosion to vulnerable concrete and steel infrastructure. In addition, Sauereisen products prohibit water inflow and infiltration, a prevalent problem in wastewater collection systems.
Sauereisen’s SewerGard® 210 family of products is designed to enhances corrosion resistance and extends the longevity of underground infrastructure such as manholes and lift stations. SewerGard is available in several variations to accommodate desired thickness and methods of application.
SewerGard may be spin casted to allow manhole restoration to proceed safely from ground level. A trowel, airless pump equipment, a roller, or plural component spray equipment may apply other grades of SewerGard. Spray and plural component spray application of SewerGard is ideal for enabling preventive measures in both new construction and rehabilitation.
Another advancement in the family of SewerGard epoxies formulated for the municipal wastewater industry is SewerGard 210XHB.
Sauereisen SewerGard 210XHB is a protective lining engineered to provides a chemical-resistant barrier for concrete, masonry, brick, and steel substrates.
This high-strength, 100 percent solids, epoxy polymer is fast setting with high-build capabilities up to 300 mils per coat and resistant to hydrogen sulfide and sulfuric acid. SewerGard 210XHB is applied using plural component spray equipment. WW
