Early planning for drought conditions can be crucial in ensuring reliable drinking water.

In this interview Tracy Moraca, senior director for Brown and Caldwell, explains early drought planning through Phoenix, Arizona’s preparation for drought conditions. After seeing Lake Meade’s levels in 2017, the city began planning well ahead and developed a conveyance system to transmit water between the city’s two water supply systems.
