BERWYN, PA -- Magnetrol International Incorporated has joined the family of AMETEK Corporation companies. AMETEK, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices with annualized sales of approximately $5 billion.
Magnetrol will continue its operational headquarters in Aurora, IL as part of the Sensors, Test and Calibration (STC) Business Unit and Measurement, Communications & Testing (MCT) Division of AMETEK. It is important that the Suppliers to Magnetrol view this as a seamless transition.
Magnetrol Purchase Order and Supply Agreement commitments will be honored by AMETEK. It is critical that the Magnetrol supply base continue to execute to the highest level of quality and delivery performance to meet Magnetrol’s expectations through this transition and moving forward.
